Individual Therapy

Individual therapy helps you address the problems or situations impacting your mental health. It’s a collaborative process in which we will work together to help you facilitate change, growth, and healing in your life. Therapy sessions are weekly or bi-weekly, based on your individual needs. Client commitment and participation during sessions and outside of therapy are necessary for effective change. 

Services are provided virtually through a HIPAA Compliant platform which allows you to attend your therapy session from the comfort of your home or anywhere in California.
